Return policy
Tatum Swimwear will gladly allow any full priced swimwear or apparel item to be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place. Please be sure to keep your undergarments on while trying on swimwear - if the hygienic liner is removed, tags are removed, or if items is worn without undergarments, they will no longer be considered returnable. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Canada Returns:
- Tatum Swimwear offers free return shipping for Canadian customers. Click here to start your return. If your return is within the guidelines listed above, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 1-2 business day after receiving your request.
International Returns:
- For international returns please kindly send an email to info@tatumswimwear.com
- Tatum Swimwear does not offer free return shipping for International orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
