Tatum Swimwear will gladly allow any full priced swimwear or apparel item to be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place. Please be sure to keep your undergarments on while trying on swimwear - if the hygienic liner is removed, tags are removed, or if items is worn without undergarments, they will no longer be considered returnable. All sale items are final.
Please follow the steps below to go forward with a return:
- Click here to start your return. If your return is within the guidelines listed above, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 1-2 business day after receiving your request.
- Once you have been authorized to make your return, send back the items you wish to return. Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and poly bags.
- After we have received the returned merchandise, Tatum Swimwear will go ahead and refund the original tender used to purchase.
- We do not issue exchanges on shipped products. If you need an alternate size please go ahead and place a new order online. If you’re local please contact email@example.com.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
