When will my order be ready for pickup?
Please allow 2-3 business days for production. We will text/email you when your order is ready for pickup.
How long will shipping take?
Once an order has been placed and payment’s are received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number. Standard shipping times in Canada may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive. International standard shipping may take anywhere from 8-14 business days.

Does Tatum Swimwear offer free returns?
We offer free returns within Canada.

How do I exchange my items?
Sorry, we do not issue exchanges on shipped products. Follow our Return policy, once we have received your items we will refund your original payment. Please order your new desired pieces online.

Do your tops have padding?
No, none of our tops have padding however we can add a slit incision for you to add your own! Please leave a note when checking out.
What is your most supportive top?

How do I care for my TATUMSWIMWEAR?
Machine wash (delicate cycle) or hand wash - cold water. Mild detergent. Hang to dry. No bleach, fabric softeners, iron or dry clean. Note: The integrity of our swimwear is tested to withstand chlorine however in circumstances where a pool or hot tub has very high levels of chlorine, wash immediately.
I don't see what I wanted anymore?
Sometimes we will discontinue certain colors and styles as we evolve. If you your heart was set on a style you loved, let us know!
